For sheet metal cut forming we use both standard and smooth cut forming. Smooth cut forming allows you to produce more precise details and also ensure the cleanliness of the cutting surfaces and the flatness of the finished products.<\/p>\n

In conventional forming we use Invernizzi, Helmerding and Kaiser presses, the largest of which is the Invernizzi transfer press with a 600 ton forming capacity. All smooth cut presses have been supplied by Feintool.<\/p>\n

In addition to the previous processes, smaller individual operations presses are used for bending parts, bevelling holes, etc. The metal processing department produces products using about 8500 tonnes of steel per year.<\/p>\n
