The environmental management system created and implemented by the company includes the development, production and supply of automotive safety harnesses and restraint systems and metal and plastic components to the automotive industry, using the following processes: metal processing, plastic casting, galvanic coating, assembly, and design and manufacturing of injection moulds and dies. The environmental management system also includes the purchase of materials and products, logistics, management of buildings and energy resources.
The management system implemented in Norma has been certified to meet ISO14001 requirements.
A company with major hazard risk
According to the Chemicals Act, Norma is classified as a company with major hazard risk because we use a large amount of tempering salt with oxidising properties in our tempering process.
The security measures applied to production and storage guarantee there will be no impact on the workers and the surrounding environment and there is virtually no risk of accident.
