Assembly

The assembly plant is the place where components made by other departments are assembled into a working product. In the NRS, rolls, straps, locks, height regulators and collision locking tongues are made for example for Volvo, Scania, Volkswagen and Tesla, as well as GAZ, VAZ and other Russian car manufacturers.

We are moving more and more towards automatic assembly. Newer automated lines will produce a new product every six seconds. This means that one line is capable of producing more than ten thousand height regulators per day.
